Social Development provides financial benefits and services to individuals and families in need that reside on Boothroyd Indian Band Reserves.

If you need assistance filling out the application form you can call and make an appointment with Cheryl Davidson, her office hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

To apply for Social Assistance you will need to bring in the following:

Identification (I.D) for everyone that resides in the house
Record of employment (ROE)
Last pay cheque
Child Tax if applicaple

The last 3 months for the following:

Phone Bill - Landline only
Hydro Bill
Bank Statement

Renewal forms need to be brought in by the third Wednesday of every month.
